    How to Take a Good Eye Photo

    Upload a clear close-up photo where the full iris circle is visible.

    For the best result:

    • Make sure the entire iris can be seen
    • Use natural lighting
    • Keep the photo sharp and in focus
    • Avoid heavy shadows, blur, or reflections
    • Keep the eye fully open

    The clearer the photo, the better your custom piece will look.

    How long does it take to receive my order?

    Because every IrisBond pendant is custom made from your eye photo, please allow 3–5 business days for production. Once dispatched, delivery takes:

    • USA: 8 – 12 days: All orders are tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email once shipped.

    What material is the necklace made from?


    316L surgical-grade stainless steel chain hypoallergenic, tarnish-free and skin-safe. The pendant uses a premium glass dome over your iris print. Gold finish is 18K gold plated over stainless steel.

    Can I use my pet's eye?

    100% yes pet eye pendants are one of our most popular orders. Dogs, cats, whatever your pet, as long as you can get a clear close-up photo of their iris we can make it into a pendant. A great way to keep your furry best friend close to your heart forever.

    Can I use heterochromia eyes?


    Yes! If you or your partner have heterochromia meaning two different coloured eyes the Split Iris pendant was made for you. You could have your partner's single eye on one half, and your two different coloured eyes combined on the other half, giving you three completely different iris colours in one pendant. It's one of the most unique and stunning versions we make.

    We review every photo before starting production. If yours isn't clear enough we'll email you within 24 hours to request a better one. We won't start until we're confident the result will look amazing.
